The Inventory Planning Senior Analyst (End-to-End Planning) is a key supply chain professional responsible for managing the entire planning process. From store level planning, to purchasing and collaboration with Category Management Partnering to meet Sales goals, you will manage the inventory to support the sales, within the guideline of inventory KPI’s.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in supply chain planning systems
• Understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, or inventory management

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting Use replenishment systems and internal tools to accurately predict future product demand across supplier lines and categories.
• Supply Planning Purchase necessary products and maintain target stock levels while achieving inventory, GMROII, and turn goals through collaboration with the Merchant Team and Supplier Partners.
• Risk Management Identify potential supply chain disruptions (e.g., supplier delays, weather events) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Performance Monitoring Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in-stock rates, fill rates, and on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries. Ensure promotional and planogram readiness.
• Data Analysis Utilizing advanced data analytics tools to identify trends, optimize planning processes, and make informed decisions.
