Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology.
• Basic knowledge of Information Security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Level 2 support to cyber defense operations and support monitor of solutions like SIEM, DLP, CASB and EDR.
• Manage day to day operation in cyber security operation center (SOC) at Jersey City office.
• Work on predefined processes that define what and how the activities are to be performed.
• Liaise with other team members to investigate issues.
• Ensure smooth operations while on shift and address any issues or questions from analysts and stakeholders.
• Research and escalate potential threats to clients for remediation or incident response based on EXL processes.
• Manage the operations and concerns of SOC team members.
• Conduct threat modeling and documentation for platform and solutions.
• Analyze Threat Intel and drive actionable insights.
