About The Position

The Coralville Top Level team is in search of a Senior Analyst Industrial Engineer. This role will primarily support the MAPS production team by pursuing automated processes for various manufacturing steps. Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

Programming and support of ONYX-29 BGA Repair machine for MAPS rework and repair of UAS products
Identify component failure trends and perform root cause analysis. Implement corrective actions to resolve
Provide capacity planning and utilization analysis for accurate staffing and identify new and optimized approaches that will minimize production staffing needs and capital requirements
Participates in Production Readiness Reviews to determine suitability of new designs for production
Analyze and understand factory needs and requirements
Conduct Process Flow analysis and make improvements
Develop tools that enable manufacturing or increase production rates
Implement Procedure and process improvements based on safety, quality, and productivity
Improving production facilities and equipment layout
