Requirements

  • 5+ years in corporate finance or FP&A function.
  • Highly proficient personal computer skills, Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven.
  • Experience with SAP and BPC or other financial consolidation software.
  • Experience budgeting/forecasting for a multinational corporation.
  • Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time restraints.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, design, implementation and maintenance of system(s) for consolidated budgets and forecast of Allison.
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information from all components of the global entity and, develops analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures and process improvements within direct area of responsibility.
  • Collaborates with all departments of the organization to ensure consistent reporting and adherence to federal and state financial reporting regulations and guidelines, and conformity with company fiscal policies and procedures.
  • Assists in presentation of financial data to senior management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
