People • Customers • Trust Position Summary: This position will work closely with the Corporate Sustainability & ESG team to ensure timely execution of PCA’s enterprise sustainability strategy through structured program management, data collection, analysis and reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This position is responsible for maintaining PCA’s sustainability and ESG reporting systems and controls and analyzing data relevant to sustainability and ESG disclosures. It’s an ideal role for someone who excels at managing complex workflows, identifying and implementing efficiency opportunities, and understanding and managing stakeholder expectations in a rapidly evolving sustainability and ESG landscape. Dimensions: The Senior Analyst II, Corporate Sustainability & ESG role will require an individual who possesses a strong foundation in sustainability and ESG principles with attention to details, clear communication skills, the ability to foster collaboration and is well- organized. This individual will require strong skills in project management, data analytics, research, and technical acumen in working in multiple software platforms with large data sets. The Senior Analyst II, Corporate Sustainability & ESG will be part of PCA’s Corporate Sustainability & ESG department, a centralized function responsible for evaluating long-term ESG risks, working with business leaders to effectively mitigate and manage risks, engaging with a variety of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trade associations on sustainability & ESG issues, and communicating our performance to stakeholders. The Corporate Sustainability and ESG department works cross-functionally within PCA to create long-term stakeholder value by taking a people-centric, customer-focused approach to corporate sustainability and responsibility.
