About The Position

The Total Rewards and People Operations team at TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS to support the continued optimization and growth of our Workday platform. This role will focus on configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday HCM to improve HR operations, data accuracy, and the employee experience. As a member of a collaborative and high-impact team, you'll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business partners to support day-to-day operations, participate in system projects, and contribute to process improvements. This is a hands-on functional role that offers broad exposure to Workday modules, opportunities to learn from senior HR and technology leaders, and the ability to shape efficient, user-friendly HR processes at scale. This role reports directly to the SVP of Total Rewards and People Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, including business process setup, security roles, and reporting.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Performance modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, talent, compensation cycles) and how they translate into system design.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Experience working with Workday EIBs for data upload and mass transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing and manipulating data.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Workday certifications (HCM Core, Benefits, Reporting, Compensation) are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday integrations, Learning, or Absence modules.
  • Experience with other HR systems (e.g. ADP).
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and maintain Workday HCM business processes and security across core modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Performance.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Participate in Workday release testing, change impact analysis, and support for new functionality rollouts.
  • Collaborate with IT to integrations and ensure alignment between systems.
  • Provide end-user support, documentation, and training to HR partners and business stakeholders.
  • Support system audits and compliance activities to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Support HR technology projects, process improvements, and new implementations.
  • Contribute to requirements gathering and solution design, partnering closely with HR stakeholders to design scalable and user-friendly processes.
