About The Position
As the Senior Analyst, you will support the HR - Employee Care Manager. You must thrive in a complex, high-workload environment and enjoy a high degree of ownership and accountability for your work. You will be responsible for business process, you will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with documented service level targets. In this role, you must embrace opportunities to identify and implement operational/process improvements regularly, and you will lead and hold internal partners accountable for delivery.
