About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, GTM Analytics & Data Governance to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Analytics team and support our Sales and Customer Success organizations with impactful analytics, reporting, and data governance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality insights, build reliable data products, and ensure data integrity across our GTM systems. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, who enjoys working with complex datasets, is highly organized and proactive, and has hands-on expertise with tools like Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM ops roles-ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures (e.g., leads, accounts, opportunities, activities).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working directly with Snowflake (or similar data warehouse platforms).
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards that align with business objectives.
  • Comfortable working with complex, cross-functional datasets and translating them into clean, actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience contributing to data governance or metadata management initiatives.
  • Project management experience, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales/CS/Marketing Ops, Systems and EDI teams to ensure data accuracy across Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau and Select Star.
  • Define and monitor priority fields used in GTM reporting (e.g., owner assignment, ARR, Industry, Hq Country, GTM Segment, Products Purchased).
  • Run quarterly audits of key SFDC Account fields, hierarchies and de-duping process to account data integrity and sales account assignments.
  • Proactively identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps and help resolve them at the source.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Ops teams to deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
  • Help define, document and track KPIs related to core GTM VMTMS such as pipeline attainment, bookings/churn, renewal rates and product attach rates.
  • Support GTM Cadenced reporting efforts such as Monthly KPIs, QBRs, EOQ Board Decks.
  • Support the design, build, and maintenance of interactive Tableau dashboards tailored to GTM stakeholders.
  • Understand complex data models and relationships across Salesforce and Snowflake to build accurate, reliable visualizations.
  • Translate business needs into well-structured, scalable reporting tools and support future AI data infrastructure.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, CS, and Ops leaders-delivering insights that drive decisions and improve business performance.
  • Field and prioritize a range of reporting requests while managing deadlines and expectations.
  • Promote data literacy and dashboard adoption across the GTM organization.
  • Bring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
