About The Position

As our Senior Analyst, Group Reporting & Controlling, you are responsible for assisting the Company’s consolidated reporting processes. Your main focus: Assist in managing the monthly global financial consolidation process and review consolidated financial statements, including analysis of results and resolutions of differences and/or inquiries. Perform quarterly analytical review of consolidated results, including streamlining data collection. Work closely with local finance personnel and external auditors on key drivers of financial fluctuations. Work closely with local and divisional finance personnel to implement more efficient and effective processes. Assist with the performance of Sarbanes-Oxley controls related to Financial Accounting Close and Quarterly Reporting processes. Assist with the preparation of sections of Audit Committee communications and supporting other quarterly reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of business experience with combination of public accounting (Big 4) and industry experience (public company) preferred.
  • Public entity reporting requirements knowledge desired.

  • Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, creativity and flexibility.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge on Workiva and Hyperion is preferred.
  • Ability to deal with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Must be agile and quick to adapt to change.
  • Flexibility, multi-tasking, creative thinking, good business judgment, strong organizational & communication skills are all required to meet strict deadlines and manage other projects.
