Requirements

  • Proven expertise in payroll systems and payroll administration to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data hierarchies, transactional data, and metadata integration.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements related to payroll, data privacy, security, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve payroll-related issues while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies to enhance payroll operations and data management efficiency.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support seamless operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in utilizing payroll and data management tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
  • Option 2: 2 years' experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.

  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll data and ensure accuracy in payroll administration processes across global operations.
  • Support integration and maintenance of payroll systems, including data extraction and reporting from platforms such as Workday.
  • Analyze payroll-related data to identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory and compliance documentation related to payroll and tax filings.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and controls.
  • Provide timely resolution of payroll issues, maintaining service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
