About The Position

As the Senior Analyst, Global Compensation, you will act as a subject matter expert and own critical compensation processes across the organization. Working independently yet collaboratively with HR, finance, and business leaders, you will play a key role in guiding the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our global compensation programs. This is a senior-level professional role that requires strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, administration, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of stock-based compensation in a publicly traded company.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity in managing sensitive, confidential information.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday Advanced Compensation) or similar tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or professional certification such as CCP.
  • Global compensation expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation programs.
  • Lead the day-to-day compensation practices and processes including annual salary review cycles, job evaluations, market benchmarking, incentive plans, and rewards and recognition program.
  • Administer stock-based compensation programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Lead global salary survey participation and analyze competitive trends and practices.
  • Develop and maintain analytics and metrics to provide clear visibility into compensation outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting of compensation data.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and toolkits to educate managers and HR teams on compensation policies.
