The Senior Global Compensation Systems & Process Analyst will be the Reward Team’s system lead and have a primary focus on the compensation module of our HR system (SuccessFactors) as well as our compensation software tool for running the annual compensation review process. This role will collaborate regularly with the Total Rewards COE and HR Operations teams, HR stakeholders including the HR reporting team, and other internal partners such as the IT team.
