Senior Analyst, FP&A

About the position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial planning & analysis activities for a portion of the P&L. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You and your work will help provide management the data and insights needed to make critical business decisions. This role will support CVS Health's Pharmacy Services segment.

Requirements

• 2+ years PBM OR Healthcare financial modeling experience
• 2+ years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting)
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• 1 year of experience with SQL.
• Experience presenting information/data to an executive presence.

• Healthcare experience
• Experience with modeling/forecasting drug utilization
• Outcomes oriented with the ability to deliver accurate and timely results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, Big Data, Big Query and SAP a plus
• Project Management and Process Improvement
• Technical background along with Finance
• Python/R scripting capabilities
