About The Position

Evolver Legal Services is seeking a Senior Analyst for eDiscovery Consulting and Support Services to join our offices in Reston. VA Responsibilities: Evolver Legal Services (ELS) is continuing to enhance our dynamic and experienced eDiscovery practice team with a goal of becoming an industry leader that supports commercial, legal, and federal entities as well as provides our clients maximum security and efficiency. ELS is currently seeking a versatile, energetic, hands-on team player that will support our emerging eDiscovery practice. Eligible candidates must thoroughly demonstrate three or more years of hands-on experience dedicated to multiple eDiscovery applications with strong emphasis on Relativity, RelOne and other eDiscovery applications. Create, develop, and support document databases, images, indexes, transcripts, and run document productions in variety of formats including but not limited to, Relativity/Relativity One, Summation, Concordance, MS Access, and/or IPRO. Perform data conversion, processing and loading into databases with multiple varying formats (e.g., Relativity/Relativity One, Summation, Concordance, MS Access, LAW, etc.). Create, develop, and support efficient/effective applications for platforms and systems used by ELS for the benefit of their clients (e.g., Relativity/Relativity One, Summation, Concordance, MS Access, LAW, etc.). Prepare search queries of electronic data using processing, review, and proprietary tools for client reporting and testing eDiscovery applications. Conduct quality control evaluations from data inventory through production and conduct data input in proprietary task management tool. Serve as a point person to inquire and resolve processing issues relating to Relativity and LAW databases. Ability to assist and support ELS client data collection and forensics in an ever-evolving technical environment. Comment to and collaborate with multiple organizational structures to achieve systems integration and streamline EDRM logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of Degree.
  • 3 years of experience in Relativity 11.0 or higher
  • 2 years of experience in Relativity Server or RelativityOne processing.
  • 3 years of eDiscovery experience required.
  • 2 years in LAW PreDiscovery 7.0 or higher required.
  • S. citizenship with the ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with data management services (e.g., loading data into database applications, conducting database search queries, developing reports for legal teams, and providing options with unique data).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment, follow detailed instructions, and meet established deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), service-oriented, and willing to work additional hours as needed (including early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends).
  • Independent thinker able to work on their own and follow strict instructions.
  • Knowledge of underlying processes of EDRM (e.g. early case assessment, processing, productions, and review protocols).
  • Proficient in LAW and Relativity/Relativity One workspace set-up including, but not limited to, analytics, user permissions, coding layouts, running keyword and dtSearch queries, and field/choice set-up.
  • Knowledge in indexing and running queries utilizing dtSearch or other equivalent indexing and search engines.
  • Proficient in MS Office emphasis on excel file features for custom reporting and scripting is preferred.
  • 1 year in Relativity processing within Server or Relativity One
  • 2 year degree in computer/technical or legal field
  • LexisNexis LAW PreDiscovery certification(s)
  • Relativity Administration certification(s)
