Likewize is seeking a Senior Analyst for Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) to join our team at our global headquarters in Southlake, TX. This pivotal role is designed to drive business growth and enhance profitability through exceptional financial analysis that supports our business objectives. The Senior Analyst will engage in a diverse array of projects and transactions, including budgeting, divestitures, joint ventures, debt raises, and general investment and financial analysis. In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive FP&A support, conducting detailed analyses of financial and operational results, and managing forecast models to meet monthly reporting requirements. You will assist in the monthly SG&A and CAPEX variance analysis against budget and forecast for corporate departments, preparing the necessary entries. Your participation in projects will be crucial in driving business recommendations and decisions, and you will prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive review. Additionally, you will develop, standardize, and enhance regular analyses and reports, assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual work-papers and reconciliations for both internal and external auditors, and maintain proper documentation for processes related to the position. You will manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, prepare accruals for incurred expenses, and review various cloud hosting usage reports and T&E reports. Reporting contractor activity for any missing work hours or invoices and preparing month-end accruals will also be part of your responsibilities. You will advise on accruals on a monthly or year-end basis, including those from Accounts Payable after cutoff, and develop effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Your role will also involve working closely with the Corporate Tax and Technical Accounting departments on the accounting treatment of expenditures, independently investigating data issues, and assisting in the monthly review, maintenance, and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts, including accrued and prepaid expenses. You will assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of special projects undertaken by Finance and perform ad-hoc reporting as needed.
