ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a Senior Analyst who is curious, analytical, and driven to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will take ownership of key accounting and financial processes, contribute to high‑impact projects, and strengthen your technical expertise. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or other equivalent experience.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the month‑end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and performing detailed account analyses.
  • Manage accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations (cash, prepaids, intercompany accounts, accruals, deferrals, and more).
  • Support the financial consolidation process, including mapping and loading results into the consolidation system.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for year‑end audits.
  • Partner with external auditors to respond to inquiries and support a timely, smooth audit process.
  • Perform North America cash application activities, including researching and resolving unapplied cash.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and cross‑functional partners to investigate and resolve cash and intercompany discrepancies.
  • Serve as an accounting partner to the North America Commercial team, supporting the Promotions function, and maintaining the system and managing interfaces with the Coupon Clearinghouse.
  • Set up, maintain, and update promotional events and budgets within the system.
  • Process coupon requests, order barcodes, and review/approve finished coupons in SAP.
