About The Position
Job Description Senior Analyst, Finance Business Operations Locations: Waltham, MA, New York, NY | Hybrid Get To Know Us: SS&C Intralinks is a global technology provider of inter-enterprise content management and collaboration solutions. Its products serve the enterprise collaboration and strategic transaction markets, enabling the exchange, control, and management of information between organizations. We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Finance Business Operations to help leadership understand what is driving performance, where to focus, and how to improve execution across the business. This role is not traditional FP&A. While grounded in strong financial and analytical fundamentals, the focus is on operational insight, revenue performance, forecasting reliability, and decision support. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance to translate data into actions that improve growth, efficiency, and predictability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; expert in Excel.
- Experience working with SaaS metrics (Bookings, ARR, NRR, churn, EOI).
- Comfortable working across Sales, Ops, and Finance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator who can translate data into executive-ready insights.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue, bookings, and performance analysis, focusing on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Support forecasting and planning by improving accuracy, visibility, and business understanding — not just reporting numbers.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops on pipeline health, deal dynamics, productivity, and compensation insights.
- Build business cases and operational insights to support growth initiatives, investments, and trade-offs.
- Improve dashboards, reporting, and data processes to give leaders clear, actionable views of performance.
