We are seeking to add a dynamic and ambitious Senior Analyst in our US region Water Biosciences Finance team supporting the Service organization. This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Finance – Waters Biosciences US Region and will be a key finance business partner to the service organization and finance leadership. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, finance principles, and internal controls, complemented by sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management and functional leaders, with proven experience collaborating across various departments to meet deliverables against required timelines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present sophisticated matters in a concise, organized manner to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail, combined with a continuous improvement mindset that drives operational excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment within a multi-national organization, with willingness to undertake occasional but limited travel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
  • 4+ years progressive experience in Financial Planning, Accounting or related roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Life Science/Healthcare/Biotech/Medtech industry a plus
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA) is a plus
  • Strong Financial systems and planning tools knowledge (SAP, BPC, SAC, Power BI) desired
  • Working knowledge of SAP and BPC or SAC is considered desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral member of the US region team, providing strategic advice and support to US Sales and platform teams while helping chart the strategic direction of the US Region Service organization and acting as a key business partner to the Waters Biosciences service organization.
  • Prepare and assist with budget development, projections, and Long Term Planning for the region while working closely with the WW Waters Biosciences FP&A team on accounting deadlines and global business results consolidation.
  • Understand and analyze operating results (sales, gross profit) on a global scale, engage with leadership to understand revenue and expense drivers, and present these results at regional team meetings.
  • Support the month-end close process specifically for the US region Waters Bioscience Service division, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Support and analyze initiatives that drive long-term revenue growth while developing necessary management and analytical reports to facilitate data-driven decision making.
