About The Position

Join Quest Diagnostics as a Senior Analyst – Finance Enabling Technology Automation (RPA & AI) and be a key driver in transforming our Finance operations. We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual who will leverage their leadership, process-driven mindset, analytical prowess, and technical skills to develop and implement intelligent automation solutions, including RPA and Agentic AI, across the Quest Diagnostics Finance team, directly supporting the Manager Finance RPA efforts. This role requires a unique blend of Finance business process knowledge, process improvement, management excellence, and technical-strategic skills. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automations, including project management, documentation, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. This is a hybrid position based out of West Norriton, PA (3 days per week in-office). Consideration may be given to remote candidates.
