About The Position

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Sr. Analyst Feasibility to join our Feasibility department. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Americas Finance team, Americas Development team, and Americas Design team, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with stakeholders, colleagues and guests.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years hospitality experience in Feasibility, Valuations, Operations Analysis, Asset Management, or Development-related roles
  • BA/BS in Hospitality management or Finance-related field
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years hotel feasibility/underwriting experience
  • Experience with Oracle / Hyperion
  • Data analytics tools; Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Proformas for proposed Hyatt deal opportunities brought forth by the Development team.
  • Research and analyze regional demographic / economic trends and regional / local lodging supply and demand patterns.
  • Prepare market-level lodging forecasts for key markets in the US and across Americas.
  • Maintain complex analytical tools - excel worksheets, databases, and SharePoint custom utilities.
  • Prepare impact reports for potential future Hyatt hotels to determine their impact on existing Hyatt hotels in the same market.
  • Participate in and provide the analysis and recommendations for capital projects at any Hyatt-owned asset.
  • Provide market-based facility program recommendations for new Hyatt development projects.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values.
