About The Position

The Senior Analyst is responsible for collaborating with technical teams and software vendors to design and configure software applications within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) module. This role supports both internal and external stakeholders and requires a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required / Masters preferred in accounting or IT related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a shared services organization.
  • Ability to perform business math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, percentages, and graph interpretation.
  • Frequent use of email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to incorporate both simple and complex functions to support business objectives.
  • Regular use of moderately complex oral and written communication. Ability to train others, interact with stakeholders, and present to management. Capable of resolving delicate situations and motivating others.
  • Decisions typically affect the individual's job and may influence departmental operations. Contributions may extend to broader business decisions.
  • Handles routine and somewhat repetitive business problems using established procedures.
  • Operates with moderate to functional independent judgment. Sets personal goals and determines how to achieve results with broad guidance.
  • Manages multiple tasks and projects with moderate complexity. Capable of task delegation, project oversight, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the Enterprise Performance Management module.
  • Manage complex issues and collaborate with team members to resolve support tickets.
  • Design and configure software applications in partnership with technical teams or vendors.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, goals, and challenges.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate functional requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
  • Work with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including functional specifications, system configurations, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Apply job-specific knowledge while expanding understanding of company processes and customers.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
