Position Summary: As an Enterprise Resiliency Senior Analyst, you are responsible for coordinating daily operations in the Enterprise Resiliency’s Crisis Management & Operational Readiness function, as part of the Enterprise Resiliency Watch Team which is the enterprise-level team responsible for facilitating situation reporting, information sharing, and operational coordination during business disruptions. Under the supervision of the Watch Team’s Manager, you will monitor the evolving hazard landscape, develop situational awareness products for senior leaders and business partners, and coordinate response actions to mitigate risks, hazards, other disruptive events, or crisis situations that may affect CVS Health’s customers, supply chain, colleagues, operational capabilities or the community(s) that CVS Health serves. In this role, you will serve as one of the on-duty leaders of the 24/7 Enterprise Resiliency function that integrates an enterprise-wide all hazards risk strategy for emergency / incident reporting, risk/hazard monitoring and business resiliency analysis, situational awareness, incident response, crisis/disaster coordination and communication. You must be an operationally focused problem solver, with experience in analysis of business intelligence gathering, monitoring for potential threats, hazards, and vulnerabilities; while being able to respond to incidents, facilitate event/incident/crisis coordination calls with multiple stakeholders, and close attention to detail in developing products. As a Senior Analyst, you will cover various shifts supporting Enterprise Resiliency and must be prepared to occasionally work other shifts and/or weekends.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience interacting with a 24/7 operations center/emergency management environment.
  • 2 years of experience coordinating emergency, incident response or critical event situations with multi-functional partners and teams
  • 2 years of experience in threat monitoring and analysis using various commercial, social and public intelligence sources
  • 2 years of experience in providing threat and incident briefings to business leaders and response stakeholders
  • Moderate technology skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to create concise, accurate and well-written incident reports quickly and with minimal direction
  • Excellent analytical skills or experience conducting threat analysis
  • Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience operating in a highly complex fast paced environment capable of analyzing the situation and making time sensitive decisions with limited information
  • Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
