Job Summary The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Data & Analytics is a key contributor to the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of investment and performance data across all asset classes. This role combines strong analytical expertise with deep knowledge of investment data systems to support data governance, analytics validation, and regulatory reporting, including GIPS compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in investment data, performance measurement, analytics, or data quality within asset management
  • Strong knowledge of multi-asset class investments (equities, fixed income, multi-asset portfolios)
  • Proficiency with FactSet PA and SPAR
  • Working knowledge of GIPS standards and performance methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • CFA or CIPM designation
  • Experience with official performance systems (e.g., Confluence, Investortools Perform)
  • Familiarity with fixed income analytics and cashflow modeling tools (e.g., Intex)
  • Experience with Bloomberg AIM or similar OMS platforms
  • SQL or data query experience
  • Exposure to vendor management or data licensing evaluations

Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and monitor business data quality rules and acceptance criteria for assigned data domains
  • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly validation of security-level analytics, pricing, classifications, performance, and attribution results
  • Document data lineage, business definitions, and data ownership to support enterprise data governance standards
  • Investigate data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with IT and Operations on remediation efforts
  • Support GIPS compliance activities, including composite maintenance, return calculations, and methodology documentation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise analytics platforms (including FactSet) and ensure accurate data delivery to downstream consumers
  • Partner with Data Operations to support month-end and quarter-end reporting processes
  • Contribute to vendor evaluations by testing data quality, assessing business fit, and documenting findings
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to improve data integrity and governance maturity
