About the position
This role requires a hybrid schedule and can either be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters or our NYC Office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Distribution Platform team. The Distribution Platform enables end-to-end capabilities for creating, distributing, and tracking monetization experiences across multiple industries (Financial Services, Broadband, Energy, Tech and Retail). Our team is responsible for building the underlying technology, iteratively testing on the front end experience, and applying it to strategic business opportunities. In this role, you will lead a team of 2-3 analysts owning various integrations of Distribution Platform technology and will be responsible for day to day strategy and operations across a variety of businesses, as well as working with our team lead on longer term roadmaps. The ideal candidate will not only have strong analytical expertise, but will also be comfortable delegating responsibilities, assisting with day to day operations and developing our analysts through coaching & mentorship. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 analysts to align against the right objectives, delegate responsibilities, assist with day to day operations and develop talent through coaching
- Influence and collaborate with business teams on strategy, implementation and plan for use of technology aligned with business direction
- Provide analytical support to the product team in terms of opportunity sizing, test analysis, and reporting
- Operate as a hands-on power user of our core capabilities
- Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical deliverables and manage projects to completion through your engineering and design team
- Own relationships with publishers and publisher teams, acting as a point of contact for problems and champion for needs
- Pioneer the charge in building roadmaps, prioritizing the highest value work and managing talent to deliver impact on time
- Be involved in prioritization decisions, provide perspective and expertise on what we should work on, when, and why
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to guide outcomes and behavior changes through analytical capabilities; using data to make decisions and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Experience in leading a team and developing talent through coaching, mentorship and direct management.
- Strong in data manipulation & analysis using Excel.
- Experience in data-related programming languages or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, SQL).
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Experience working cross-functionally and balancing the needs of various stakeholder groups.
- Desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-based, analytically driven, and fast-paced environment.
