USAA is enhancing its digital experience to better serve our members' evolving needs. To support this, our marketing analytics team is expanding its focus to encompass the entire customer journey, from initial touchpoint to policy acquisition. We're seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to be a foundational member of our digital analytics team, playing a key role in shaping data-driven improvements across our digital sales experience. In this role, you'll leverage your advanced digital analytics skills to deliver impactful insights and scalable frameworks that translate data into actionable strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong blend of technical expertise and business understanding, capable of building trust through data and empowering decision-making throughout the organization. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL.
