About The Position

Total Wine & More is looking for a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics to help us drive decisions and actions through data and insights. This role is suited for experienced analysts with a test & learn mentality, passion for discovering insights and, eagerness to drive growth and brand awareness. It involves the ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, site engagement, and conversion, and then lead the communication and data-driven recommendation to business peers and leaders across the company. You will report to the Manager of Digital Analytics. You will Partner directly with business stakeholders across departments to meet their digital data and analytics needs. Produce, set-up, and measure testable hypotheses related to customer acquisition / retention, micro and macro conversion, user experience and profitability through A/B testing, optimization, and results presentation. Manage reports and dashboards that derive insights from customer shopping and purchasing behavior. Support the measurement strategy and analysis for important projects aiming to improve essential business objectives. Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement through data analysis to make strategic recommendations. Bring decision-driving information to each of the product agile teams to support the product and optimization roadmaps. Connect insights from multiple sources of data to provide creative perspectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4+ years of experience as an analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Experience and interest in A/B Testing including hypotheses-generation, test set-up, analysis, and presentation of results.
  • Proficiency using Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy, Domo, etc.).
  • Strong experience using SQL or Python to pull and manipulate data.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience working in digital analytics, specifically in retail or eCommerce.
