In this position, you would influence the strategic direction and financial performance of the company and will look for synergies and opportunities for the Silversea brand to consider. This position will conduct quantitative analyses, competitive research, and market analyses to drive the strategic and detailed itinerary planning. You would also identify new ports to be considered for investment or inclusion on the region’s respective itineraries. In this position, you would have tremendous impact on the financial performance of the brand through the development of our strategic ship deployment while enhancing and optimizing all the detailed itineraries. This is done in close collaboration with a very wide range of external and internal partners and stakeholders. You would make strategic recommendations on new deployment that maximizes potential while ensuring compliance with increasingly restrictive environmental regulations. There will be significant exposure to senior management with the opportunity to work closely with Operations, Destination Experiences, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, International and other departments within the brand. Assignments within Deployment and Itinerary Planning will typically involve quantitative and qualitative analysis of a competitive situation, development of recommendations, and written and/or oral presentation of those recommendations to Senior Management.
