The primary role of the Senior Analyst, Demand Planning, is to own the relationship and input from sales, ensuring customer specific inputs are incorporated into our near-term forecasts. In this role, you will work closely with sales, but also partner heavily with cross functionals in marketing, finance, and supply chain. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 500 Universal Product Codes (UPCs) and will develop a forecast by using insights such as shipment history, sales collaboration, distribution accuracy, and marketing plans. This position is a key driver in creating and managing the true consumer demand signals by which to align the rest of the Supply Chain. This is a Salary grade G.
