About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Data Visualization Engineer supports the development of data visualization products by transforming structured datasets into clear, reliable, and accurate visualizations and reports. This role delivers dashboards and data that support recurring strategic and operational decisions—such as performance assessment, rate optimization, hotel consultation, and direct hotel‑level reporting. The position executes moderately complex analytical tasks that contribute to organizational performance and growth. The Senior Analyst works closely with peers on the Data Visualization team as well as analytics and data engineering partners to translate reporting requirements into high‑quality Tableau dashboards and data products that drive informed decision‑making. This role works independently on routine tasks and receives guidance on more complex assignments. While not a people leader, the Senior Analyst provides informal guidance and training to junior analysts and business partners.
