As a Senior Analyst, Customer Accounts at XPO, you will be responsible for performing trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable operations or customers to make data-driven decisions. You will facilitate operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts, assist with query building, dashboard generation, and report templates. Additionally, you will ensure the quality of reports delivered to customers by proofreading and editing reports, checking numbers & report findings, and ensuring the overall formatting and visual consistency of the reports. You will also monitor utilization and partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure the best use of our service and help achieve maximum value.
