About The Position

As a Senior Analyst, Customer Facing Supply Chain, you will support the development and maintenance of strategic supply chain partnerships with key customers. Your primary responsibilities will include data analysis, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and ensuring alignment with customer KPIs. You will assist in enhancing several functional areas, including planning, distribution, logistics, and orderbook management, while safeguarding service model adherence and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university (preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in E2E supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on data analysis.
  • Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing Supply Chain partnerships with strategic customers to continuously assess their needs.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
  • Explore potential new business models and capabilities.
  • Support adherence to service models in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Validate customer operational terms in the supply chain domain for any contractual agreements.
  • Ensure VF performance measurements are aligned with customers' KPIs.
  • Measure our performance as our accounts measure us.
  • Create a KA 360 view to increase visibility on key critical indicators.
  • Data preparation and analysis to support the communication process with key customers.
  • Collaborate with key functions to ensure customer and functional operational needs are analyzed and prioritized accordingly.
  • Work with internal functions to define and ensure service execution in line with customer needs.
  • Analyze customer supply chain requirements for feasibility and adherence to service model guidelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis on key operating processes from order collection to invoicing and returns.
  • Support cost-to-serve optimization initiatives.
