About The Position

As a Senior Analyst, Customer Facing Supply Chain (DTC), you will support the development and optimization of our direct-to-consumer supply chain operations, including retail and e-commerce. Your primary responsibilities will include data analysis, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, ensuring alignment with business KPIs as well as supporting the implementation of new capabilities (e.g. RFID).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university (preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management).
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on direct to consumer and data analysis.
• Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and optimizing supply chain processes for our retail and e-commerce operations.
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Explore potential new business models and capabilities to enhance the DTC supply chain.
• Support adherence to service models and best practices in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure performance measurements are aligned with business KPIs.
• Measure performance to ensure we meet or exceed DTC operational goals.
• Create a comprehensive view to increase visibility on key critical indicators.
• Establish regular communication with VF retail and e-commerce teams to explore requirements and identify operational enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with key functions to ensure operational needs are analyzed and prioritized accordingly.
• Represent the needs of the DTC operations within the VF Supply Chain processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on key operating processes from order entry to invoicing and returns.
• Drive cost-to-serve optimization initiatives through detailed data analysis.
