Delta's Customer Data team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Data Solutions to help shape the future of how we deliver personalized experiences at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product delivery—someone who can translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure those solutions are delivered with quality and impact. As the Senior Analyst, Customer Data Solutions, you will own the delivery of foundational customer data products—including Core Profile, Customer History, and Customer Interactions. You will work closely with IT, the Digital Portfolio Office (DPO), and business stakeholders to define requirements, oversee testing, and ensure timely delivery of new capabilities that power personalization, customer insights, and frontline tools.
