This role is designed for someone who thrives in an autonomous, fast-moving environment and can own problems from definition through execution. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Finance to translate data into action, balancing customer-first outcomes with disciplined risk management. Your work will directly inform product launches, credit policy decisions, and monetization strategy. A core part of this role is communicating complex analytical work with clarity. You will regularly present insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, and Credit, tailoring your message to both technical and non-technical audiences.
