About The Position

Under the direction and guidance of the Corporate Sustainability Senior Manager, the Sustainability Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the advancement of the company's corporate sustainability strategy, programs, and key initiatives. The senior analyst will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. real estate, procurement, HR, ERM, compliance, client services) to embed sustainable practices into core business functions. This position will contribute to a wide array of projects including the development of the annual Corporate Responsibility Report, coordination of data collection and disclosure to sustainability assessments, support the annual greenhouse gas emissions inventory, update human rights disclosures, among others. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background and passion for sustainability. The ideal candidate will bring excellent data analysis capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their experience working in team-based environments and contributing to high-quality sustainability deliverables. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or equivalent; Master's degree in a similar field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in corporate sustainability, sustainability reporting, project management, compliance, or sustainability-related fields.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability concepts, frameworks, disclosures, and ratings agencies (e.g. GHG Protocol, SASB, IFRS, CSRD, CDP, EcoVadis, ISS).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and/or knowledge of global environmental regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to perform detailed data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Proficient in maintaining detailed records and managing documentation processes.
• A clear passion and commitment to sustainable business practices.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and data management tools.
