About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Contracts who will be responsible for supporting Aftermarket Separation Agreement and associated LRU activities with customer account management collaborating with both internal and external customers and cross-functional support groups. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial and/or military contract administration
Proven customer service experience
Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and tools

Responsibilities

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on issues related to assigned orders.
Manage repair purchase orders from a range of commercial and military airline customers, including communicating customer requirements, providing initial acknowledgment, preparing quotes, coordinating shipment, and overseeing invoicing.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including asset reporting, customer service levels/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance, and status reporting.
Support Aftermarket Separation Agreement and associated LRU activities
Collaborate across functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers, and Field Service.
