We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Contracts who will be responsible for supporting Aftermarket Separation Agreement and associated LRU activities with customer account management collaborating with both internal and external customers and cross-functional support groups. This role requires a self-directed individual who is team-oriented and focused on improving processes that support our customers and the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial and/or military contract administration
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and tools

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on issues related to assigned orders.
  • Manage repair purchase orders from a range of commercial and military airline customers, including communicating customer requirements, providing initial acknowledgment, preparing quotes, coordinating shipment, and overseeing invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including asset reporting, customer service levels/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance, and status reporting.
  • Support Aftermarket Separation Agreement and associated LRU activities
  • Collaborate across functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers, and Field Service.
