The successful candidate will support a significant portion of our classified portfolio as part of Advanced Fighter Systems (AFS) Contracts team. This position is tailored for a highly motivated, well-organized Contracts professional who embraces, thrives and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with a focus on professional growth and career advancement. This role is eligible for a Sign-On bonus.

  • Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Conduct proposal reviews and coordination
  • Participate in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements
  • Support program management and execution reviews
  • Provide general contract administration support
  • Ensure coordination with the customer program team
  • Liaison between internal and external customers
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start
  • US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Experience in the development of proposals and negotiations
  • Good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, where prioritization is required to be effective
  • Proven record of responsiveness with strong time management and organization skills
  • Contractual acumen with proficiency in contracts fundamentals
  • Related contract administration experience including hands-on proposal preparation and contract negotiations with the US Department of Defense (DoD)
