Consumer Strategy & Insights (CS&I) at Hilton Grand Vacations is the guiding business unit of enterprise-wide strategy and tactics used to assess Customer and Member experiential sentiment, from the Marketing tour through to a fully optimized Club Member. With a focus on the delivery of the organization's brand promise, CS&I uses experiential research and operational data, combined, to inform actionable business intelligence that allows the company to maximize Customer/Member acquisition, retention and profitability. The CS&I Analyst will support the leadership of the department in the development and implementation of the experience management (XM) discipline at Hilton Grand Vacations; aiding in all activities required to ensure successful achievement of annual goals and objectives.
