Job Summary: The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for optimizing and scaling our compensation systems, processes, policies, and education. This role will play a key role in enabling equitable, consistent, and data-driven compensation practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of compensation principles and a passion for process improvement and stakeholder education.
