About the position

Cint is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Collections and Credit Control team. Reporting directly to the Director of Collections, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global client base across various regions in the effective management of our Credit Control Department. As a Senior Analyst within the Collections team your primary focus will be to ensure timely collection of payments, optimizing cash flow and minimizing outstanding debts primarily focused on clients in the Americas region, with occasional assistance to colleagues in the EMEA and APAC regions. Our collections team also works closely with commercial teams to gain insight into client requirements and facilitate appropriate payment methods as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes and foster long-term partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Chasing of overdue accounts and invoices by telephone and email
  • Ensuring all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled
  • Dealing with customer invoice queries and liaising with staff members to settle queries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and updating account information
  • Account Reconciliations
  • KPI`s - Ensure Monthly Cash Collection targets are met
  • Provide client data both internally and externally upon request
  • Discuss and report any problematic accounts to the Head of Collections in a timely manner
  • Maintain effective communication between customers and colleagues at all times to ensure an efficient and smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Support any relevant audit requests, as and when required

Requirements

  • 2 – 5 years Credit Control experience
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills (both over the phone and face to face)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
  • Ability to work with initiative to actively obtain the information required
  • Excellent Excel skills, including use of Pivot tables, V Lookups etc.
  • Excellent all-round administration skills
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to appropriately interact with a very varied customer base
