About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Category Experience – Enterprise Content works closely with internal associates and cross-functional teams, to plan, advise and execute content strategies across webpages on HomeDepot.com. The Senior Analyst will manage projects/timelines, analyze business performance, and support department initiatives with goals of enhancing efficiency and alignment across internal teams and improving the online shopping experience for customers. This role is an opportunity to be at the leading edge of truly channel-interconnected retail leadership, while further building functional skills in merchandising.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Proven results in any (but, including most) of the following areas: CI, CRM, customer experience, product content optimization, product management, financial analysis, business analysis, data analytics.

• Strong numeric and advanced analytics aptitude.
• Basic technical aptitude with web-based tools and advanced proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to understand and influence cross-functional inputs to Merchandising for achieving better output results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer information (external data, internal research, site behaviors, post-transaction data) to identify the most significant opportunities to improve the customer experience across categories.
• Identify opportunities to improve taxonomy, purchase path (search and navigation), data content, SEO and post-transaction results through tactical execution.
• Execute system changes for promotional activity.
• Develop and execute taxonomy changes in the system necessary to support new onboarding and business changes.
