We’re hiring a Senior Analyst / Associate, Capital Markets to support our capital formation efforts and strategic growth initiatives. This is an excellent entry point for someone with a strong analytical foundation who wants full exposure to large-scale data center capital markets execution and strategy — with direct mentorship and visibility across senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience: investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, capital markets, real estate acquisitions or related analytical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative skills, comfort with Excel/financial modeling.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow: willingness to take on varied tasks ​to push deals over the line.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • High ownership, integrity, analytical curiosity, and drive to help shape strategy in a fast-paced, scaling company environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the evaluation and execution of debt and equity capital raises to support Edged's growth ambitions.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of financial models and capital structure strategy materials (asset-level and corporate-level models, including scenario analysis and a variety of transaction structures) under the guidance of more senior team members.
  • Coordinate due-diligence workstreams as part of financing execution in coordination with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering, Legal), gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of the data center development process.
  • Help prepare internal investment memos, presentation decks, and supporting materials for senior leadership review.
  • Assist in the execution of other strategic growth priorities at Edged driven by the Corporate Development team
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and sector developments in data centers, capital markets, infrastructure, and sustainability — helping to feed insights into strategic discussions.
  • Stay organized: prioritize across multiple projects and support senior team members as needed.
