Position Summary... The Sr. Analyst, Business Support plays a critical role in enabling Walmart Data Ventures’ global growth by providing expert support across products, services, and supplier interactions in multiple markets. This role is responsible for managing global access and setup requests, delivering multilingual support, moderating WDV support communities, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and reusable knowledge across the ServiceNow-based Support Ecosystem. What you'll do... Serve as primary owner for global access and catalog task requests including Data Feed Access, Internal Walmart Associate Access, Charter Supplier User Access, and Basic User Setup. Provide multilingual support to suppliers and internal associates across multiple markets. Moderate WDV support communities within ServiceNow to ensure accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. Harvest recurring issues and validated solutions to create reusable knowledge articles. Maintain deep functional knowledge of Walmart Data Ventures products and services.
