PRIMARY PURPOSE: Partner with leaders across the organization to bring process, structure, and data together to address key organizational challenges and opportunities. In doing so, drive sustainable, profitable growth by improving the fan experience and/or the organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with departments to not only surface these opportunities but develop plans to take action against them, tools to monitor progress, and a process to continue to learn and improve moving forward. Potential project work could be helping the organization to: Conduct in-depth research and quantitative analysis of ticketing strategies and frameworks to design and recommend a data-driven secondary market strategy for Club, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and risk appetite. Create and execute process to inform capital investment decisions, incorporating cross-functional input and analytical research to recommend fan-focused, revenue generating ballpark improvements Develop a structure to systematically understand cost to serve across the Guardians products to inform strategic decision-making. Recommend product, benefits, service, and pricing adjustments to improve margin.
