About The Position

We’re looking for a self-driven, analytically minded Sr. Analyst, Business Strategy and Operations to join our Supply Chain team focused on In-Home services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is passionate about optimizing processes, driving compliance, and strengthening vendor relationships. You’ll play a critical role in streamlining workflows, enhancing store compliance across 2,300+ retail locations, and managing reporting that delivers actionable insights. You’ll also own key OEM partnerships and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve network performance and partner value.

Requirements

  • BA or BS required; advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or vendor management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SQL or data visualization tools are a plus.
  • Experience working with Retailers, OEMs, Part Distributors, and Technician Networks.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive outcomes independently.

Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce touchpoints and introduce automation where possible.
  • Store Compliance: Coordinate with Creative, Field, and external teams to drive compliance across thousands of retail stores.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and manage reporting tools that improve visibility, support compliance efforts, and deliver mutual value to SquareTrade and its partners.
  • Vendor Management: Own relationships with OEMs and collaborate with internal Network teams to optimize vendor performance and strengthen partnerships.
