About The Position
The Senior Analyst Business Intelligence is part of a team responsible for the design and development of the People Practices analytics framework and data infrastructure with a focus on workforce analytics. The BI team provides analytical services and solutions to business leaders and stakeholders to proactively inform business decisions and strategy for our venues. The Senior Analyst meets frequently with leadership to discuss needs and requirements and translate them into intuitive information reports, dashboards and visualizations. The Senior Analyst consults with business users regarding the use and management of data as well as work on the design, maintenance, and completion of highly visible organizational projects with the aim of creating efficient solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about the field of statistics, research, and analytics, and well versed in all aspects of an enterprise-wide analytics architecture including data integration, data modeling, and data management.
