Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies through analysis for Product Sales Support Manager and make recommendations that will maximize revenue and meet clients' needs.
  • Provide analytical and statistical support and prepare analysis of sales forecasts, sales reports and analysis of variances versus budget forecast.
  • Explore raw and integrated datasets to uncover patterns and insights, validate data sources to ensure relevance, and analyze complex information using self-service tools to deliver clear, actionable findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Design and analyze geographic and market data to support network expansion initiatives, conduct exploratory analysis to uncover key business drivers, and develop forecasting models to predict demand, sales, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations that communicate performance, trends, and strategic insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations Management to develop, evaluate and recommend technical and systematic procedures that make process flow more efficient for the organization as a whole.
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Work closely with Business Leaders and Specialists to manage the placement of specialized programming.
  • Coordinate the flow of information and communication between Sales, Sales Support and other cross-functional departments.
  • Lead and mentor Business Development Teams to help facilitate the completion of accurate work.
  • Provide oversight of sales support processes and offer necessary guidance.
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of new and existing Product Support Analysts on all sales-related procedures and paperwork requirements.
  • Keep abreast of sales strategies, trends, initiatives and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
