About The Position

Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Analyze business processes and assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer and client experience. Provide support in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members on project tasks to ensure successful execution. Document process changes and improvements for future reference. Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively. Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
  • Proficiencies in data manipulation and interpretation
  • Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft’s Power Platform
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Employees located within 25 miles of a DXC office or client site will be required to work onsite at minimum 2 times per week.
