About The Position
Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join the Mergers and Acquisitions team. The new hire will be a critical member of deal teams, with primary responsibilities for transaction financial modeling, overseeing due diligence workstreams, and coordinating cross-functionally with subject matter experts and external consultants. The new hire will play a lead role in coordinating presentations of proposed transactions for the CCR executive team and Investment Committee. This role is based in Cypress Creek's NYC Office, where colleagues work on a hybrid in-office/work from home schedule (i.e. typically in-office 3 days a week). Exact title will be commensurate with experience.
