The Customer Success Agentforce team is looking for a highly driven and collaborative Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights to support the Agentforce Success team. The Agentforce Success Engineer, Analytics & Insights, Senior Analyst professional will play a crucial role in supporting the explosive growth of Salesforce and the Agentforce product. This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, sales strategy, business operations, reporting, and analysis - requiring a mix of market analysis, sales analytics, and business operational support. This role will play a critical part in defining the future of customer success in the Agentforce era-where our team is passionate about driving customer adoption, accelerating consumption, and removing barriers to help organizations scale their digital workforce. Success in this role means supporting the Agentforce Success Engineer team to drive the continued success of Salesforce by supporting our customer success strategy and is pivotal in driving the success and growth of Agentforce. Sample projects range from the strategic to the very operational including identifying trends in customer consumption, evaluating growth opportunities, forecasting, business planning, dashboard creation and regular review of key performance metrics. We are seeking a strategic problem solver who can optimally balance detailed analysis with a comprehensive understanding of broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to synthesize sophisticated data and insights into clear, actionable strategies that align with our overarching goals. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives; someone who can navigate both high-level strategic planning, and intricate operational details, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the success of our organization.
